The Comprehensive Citizen Security System -RED ALTERTA- is a service that has been selected by the United Nations Organization to be presented at HABITAT III on October 20 from 8:00 to 9:00 at the House of Culture, as the useful alternative that is easy to apply in 21st century cities to contribute to collective well-being. turning communities into Smart and Resilient Cities, allowing the authorities and entities responsible for natural disasters and any type of emergency an immediate reaction to provide help with an exact location of the person.

Smart city societies imply a general responsibility of the community through a comprehensive, effective and efficient family security service, for which it is necessary to have citizen participation in an agile and timely manner.

Red Alerta is the Comprehensive Citizen Security Service applicable in societies, through the participatory action of citizens aimed at saving lives, avoiding domestic abuse, homicides, suicides, sexual crimes, child violence, assaults, robberies, kidnappings, assistance to people with disabilities, tourist safety, fires, medical emergencies and other events that affect people's peace of mind.
APPLICABILITY IN GOVERNMENTS
RED ALERT will generate an increase in citizen interrelation, improving indicators of citizen security and State assistance, especially in the Decentralized Autonomous Governments -GADs- that have the power to ensure the security of the community.
ACTIVATION THROUGH THE USE OF THE RED ALERT SERVICE
Citizens will have the following activation devices in the event of an emergency:
• Landlines at home.
• All the family's cell phones.
• Family smartphones (iPhone, Android) through a mobile application.
• Home or business computers using a key combination.
FAMILY EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SERVICE
Red Alerta allows you to set up a Private Security Network for your family made up of people (neighbors, friends, family and community) to protect your home and your family from crime, fires, medical emergencies and emergencies in general, and includes a COMMUNICATION SERVICE EMERGENCY AND FAMILY MONITORING, which allows any member of the family, through the use of a SmartPhone, to request help in the event of any emergency event that may occur anywhere in the world, communicating to all members of the Private Network of People of the family, who will be able to locate the location of the family member in an emergency. Additionally, family members may ask their family circle to track their location due to any risk situation in which they will find themselves, for example, leaving the house or office. to take a taxi at night, follow your children when they are away from home, move around risky places, go sightseeing, etc.
