End User License Agreement (EULA) - Red Alerta
This End User License Agreement (EULA) constitutes a legal agreement between the end user and Simauxcorp S.A., owner of the Red Alerta mobile application.
Introduction
Red Alerta is a lifestyle and security application that allows users to activate emergencies to notify family and authorities about their location.
Application Services and Geolocation
1. Home Security:
This service does not use geolocation. It is activated by the contractual location registered by the user (for example, the location of your home).
2. Business Security:
This service does not use geolocation. It is activated by the contractual location registered by the user (for example, the location of your business).
3. Mobile Assistance:
This service uses geolocation. The application obtains the user's current location when a mobile distress emergency is activated. The app periodically updates the user's location for tracking and security.
4. Follow-up:
This service uses geolocation. The app periodically updates the user's location for tracking and security.
5. Medical Assistance:
This service does not use geolocation. It is activated by the contractual location registered by the user (for example, the location of your home).
6. Domestic Violence:
This service does not use geolocation. It is activated by the contractual location registered by the user (for example, the location of your home).
7. Attendance:
This service does not use geolocation. This redirects the phone's call assistant to call the Red Alerta assistance center number.
License
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to use the Red Alerta application in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
Use Restrictions
The user may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
Intellectual property
Simauxcorp S.A. retains all intellectual property rights over the Red Alerta application and any associated content.
Guarantee
The application is provided "as is" and Simauxcorp S.A. makes no warranties of any kind regarding its performance or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Simauxcorp S.A. will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages related to the use of the Red Alerta application.
Termination Terms
This EULA will automatically terminate if the user breaches any of its provisions. Simauxcorp S.A. You may also terminate this agreement at any time if you believe that the user has violated the terms.
Applicable Legislation
This agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ecuador without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
EULA Updates
Any modification to this EULA will be effective when an updated version is posted on the application. Your continued use of the application after such posting will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
